 Born in Ilocos Norte and grew up in Baguio City. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from Saint Louis University and is currently an Electronic & Electrical Engineering Manager at The Boeing Company. In his role, he develops and executes project plans, implements policies and sets operational goals. Whether it involves a global company (like Boeing) or a multidisciplinary organization of engineers (like AFEW), the mission remains the same – commitment to engineering excellence, professional growth and career development. Jojo truly believes that the success of AFEW’s advocacy and mission hinges on a strong foundation of belonging, inclusion and leveraging differences.

Fortunate to live in PNW for the great outdoors (for cycling and hiking). Also loves the indoors (for tinkering in the garage or days when binge-watching a cool Netflix series is more ideal). 

Born and raised in the Philippines. Holds a Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering with a master’s degree in Urban and Regional Planning from the University of the Philippines. A certified Project Management Professional. 

Currently a Senior Project/ Construction Manager with Rock Project Management Services, LLC responsible for the delivery of major infrastructure projects including storm water, lighting system, parks, community health centers, etc.  Currently the Commissioner Secretary of the City of Renton Planning Commission, the President of the Association for the Advancement of Cost Engineering (AACEI) and a member of the Renton Catholic Parish Church Lector Ministry. Loves to bike, walk, tend to her small garden on her free time and enjoys playing with her grandkids.   

  A native Filipino, she is a Principal Engineer at T-Mobile, where she oversees network-quality validation for the Regulatory (Emergency and Location) Services. She holds a Bachelor's degree in Electronics & Communications Engineering from Lyceum of the Philippines and began her career as a BSS & RF Engineer at Smart Communications.

A devoted mother of two, she recharges by cooking family meals, sharing laughter at the dinner table, and unwinding with K-dramas. Her blend of technical expertise, professional drive, and love of home life keeps her curious, creative, and committed—whether she’s optimizing network tests or experimenting with a new recipe.  

AFEW Past President Noel Aquino is a Licensed Professional Engineer with the City of Seattle. He has worked and lived in several countries including the Philippines, Bahrain and Sri Lanka.  He has extensive experience in electrical system design in power engineering, control engineering, PLC, HMI, commercial, industrial and residential building design and Boeing 737/757 Electrical Wire Installation Design. 

Noel has served as AFEW's President from 2016 to 2018 and has constantly been inspiring excellence in leadership ever since. He is a proud father of 2 beautiful and talented daughters, and enjoys travelling and outdoor adventures with his wife, Nikki.

Emmanuel (Manny) Cua is a materials and process engineer and a proud product of Filipino immigrant families. He earned his undergraduate degree from the University of California, Berkeley in 2008 and completed his graduate studies at the University of Washington in 2010. Manny has been providing engineering services since 2007, focusing on mission-critical aerospace products including liquid rocket engines, missile defense propulsion, and orbital launch vehicles since 2009. His expertise in materials and processes, including coatings, metals, and non-metals, is a testament to his understanding of high-stakes engineering applications. A licensed Professional Engineer in California and Washington, Manny is a member of the Engineering Honors Society Tau Beta Pi and the LGBTQ community.
