I want to succeed so I can finally give back to my parents and pay them back for all the sacrifices they made for me. I also have a heart for the people on the streets; once I am successful, I want to start a program to feed the homeless because I know what it feels like to be hungry. Professionally, I want to build strong, beautiful houses and buildings in Eastern Samar that can stand up to any storm. I want to prove that even if you come from nothing, you can build a future that helps other people. This scholarship is my chance to stay in school and reach those dreams.”
